Who controls your data
This site is operated by Astra Employment, a recruitment agency working from Belgrade, Serbia since 2016. Astra Employment is the data controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the Serbian Personal Data Protection Act. Full company registration details are available on request.
For any question about your data, message us on WhatsApp at +1 917 963 8828. We answer between 9am and midnight.
What we collect
When you message us on WhatsApp: your phone number, the name on the account and the content of the messages we exchange. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and their terms also apply to that exchange.
When you apply and continue: a photograph of your identity document, used solely to confirm you are over eighteen, and the details needed to pay you.
When you visit this site: your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you opened and where you arrived from.
We do not collect data about health, religion, political views or any other special category.
Why we collect it
- To answer your message and discuss the work. Basis: steps taken at your request before entering an agreement.
- To confirm you are over eighteen. Basis: a legal obligation of the platform we work with.
- To pay you. Basis: performance of an agreement.
- To measure which adverts bring people to the site. Basis: your consent.
Who we share it with
The details needed to open your account and pay you go to the platform you work through and to the payment provider you choose. This site uses Google conversion measurement and is hosted on Cloudflare.
We do not sell your data. We do not pass it to advertisers, data brokers or anyone who does not need it for the purposes above.
Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Some of the providers listed above process data outside the EEA, principally in the United States. Those transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Messages with women who did not go on to apply are kept for twelve months and then deleted. The document used for the age check is kept for as long as the platform requires and no longer than the law allows. Payment records are kept for as long as tax rules require.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep the site working and cannot be switched off. Analytics and advertising cookies are only set if you accept them. You can decline and the site works normally.
Your rights

- withdraw consent at any time, with no consequences
Send your request on WhatsApp to +1 917 963 8828 and we will respond within thirty days. If you believe your rights have been breached you can complain to the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, or to the supervisory authority in the country where you live.
Children
This site and this work are not intended for anyone under eighteen. We do not knowingly collect data about minors. If we learn that we have, we delete it immediately.
