Per minute on call, from day one.
Top rate
The rate you reach as your level goes up.
Gifts
People send gifts during calls and through messages. That sits on top of the per-minute rate.
The difference from most online work is that you're not depending on someone's mood. If you're on a call, you're earning. An hour of calls at the starting rate is around $48 before the platform split, and before our percentage.
Honestly
What the first month looks like
You won't have two hours of calls the day you sign up. In week one you'll be online a lot and on calls a little, because people are only just finding you.
Most women make between $300 and $1,000 in their first month. That spread comes almost entirely from how many hours they were free.
After a few months, with a regular schedule and a group of people who come back, the realistic range is $1,500 to $5,000 a month for twenty to thirty hours a week.
We don't guarantee any of these figures. They're ranges we see from women who work regularly, not an average of everyone who ever applied.
What moves the number
Three things, in order
1. Hours
By far the biggest one. Nothing else comes close.
2. Consistency
If you're online Tuesday at eight, the people who found you then come back next Tuesday at eight. Show up whenever, and they find someone else.
3. Conversation
Women who ask questions and listen earn more than women who sit quietly and wait. It shows up in the numbers faster than anything else.
