From first message to first payout
The whole process takes one to three days. Here's what happens at each step, without the polish.

No public streaming. One person at a time. You decide what you show, you can end any call, and nobody can push you into anything you're not comfortable with.
Step by step
Six steps, nothing hidden
You message us
Send a message on WhatsApp. No CV, no cover letter, no experience needed. We usually reply within a few minutes between 9am and midnight. We ask a few basic things and answer whatever you ask.
Age check
You send a photo of your ID or passport. Every legal platform has to check this. If anyone offers you this work without verifying your age, they're not a serious agency. The document is used for the age check and nothing else.
Setup
We install the app with you and set up your profile. You pick the name you work under, and it doesn't have to resemble your real one. You also choose which details are visible.
Training
We go through what actually matters. How to open a conversation, what to do when it goes quiet, how to say no without killing the call. It takes about an hour.
First shift
The first call is awkward. It was for everyone. After about fifteen minutes it stops being strange, and after a week you won't remember it. Week one means five hours a day. That's the app's rule, not ours: the algorithm doesn't show your profile to anyone until you've been online enough for it to notice you.
First payout
At the end of your first full working week. You pick the method: PayPal, Revolut, bank transfer and five more. Earnings update in the app in real time, minute by minute.
Afterwards
We do not disappear once you start
When someone treats you badly
You tell us and we report it to the platform. You don't have to handle it alone.
When a payout is late
We chase the platform, not you, until it lands.
When earnings drop for no reason
We look at the numbers and work out what changed. Usually it's the schedule or the profile, and both are fixable.
